The participants will then break into small groups and rotate through topical demonstrations and tours of the William R. Pritchard Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital on campus. Highlights will include a dog ultrasound, a llama or alpaca physical exam, a lab-animal presentation, a large-animal comparative anatomy presentation and a demonstration involving a chicken egg with embryo. The day, which will begin in Gladys Valley Hall, is sponsored by the Veterinary Student Outreach club of the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.
