The world runs on coffee, but the beloved beverage doesn’t get the research attention one might think.
The UC Davis Coffee Center hopes to change that, and is “the first multidisciplinary university research center to address the challenges and needs of the coffee industry through a holistic approach to coffee science and education,” according to its website. Basketball student plays through deafness
Rogers Printup doesn’t let the fact that he is deaf keep him from excelling on and off the basketball court. In fact, it might help him by letting him ignore some of coach Jim Les’ yelling, the coach joked. Learn more about Printup in the above video.
