1. Mental Health Support

Where can I get help with anxiety, depression or other mental health challenges?

  • Individual Counseling Services
    Book individual counseling sessions with a UC Davis counselor to manage anxiety, depression, stress and other mental health challenges. Individual Counseling is confidential short-term therapy available to all registered UC Davis students at no charge.
     
  • Group Counseling & Support Groups
    Join groups that offer peer support and shared experiences for various mental health concerns, including those tailored to specific identities and communities.
     
  • Aggie Mental Health Website & Resource Hub
    The Aggie Mental Health website is a centralized hub for all mental health resources available to UC Davis students.
     
  • 24/7 Non-Emergency Mental Health Support
    Call 530-754-3434 for a rapid response from the Health 34 team, available 24/7 for on-campus basic mental health support and help finding the right resources.
     
  • Request a Welfare Check
    Request a welfare check for a student, staff or faculty member if you are concerned about their mental or physical wellbeing.

  • Join a Community
    Find your community and explore resources for life at UC Davis beyond the classroom.
     
  • Student-Run Clubs and Programs
    Discover opportunities to get involved on campus and connect with others through student-run organizations, clubs, events, leadership opportunities and Greek life.
     
  • Services for International Students and Scholars
    Find resources and support tailored to international students and scholars, including how to schedule an appointment with an advisor.
     
  • Identity and Culture-Based Communities
    Connect with other students based on your identity or culture through one of the resource centers on campus.
     
  • Student Parent Resources
    Access resources including academic support and leave resources, financial support and scholarships, housing, childcare and activities, basic needs support and resources for expecting and new parents.
